Results customer satisfaction survey 2014

At the end of last year we conducted a customer satisfaction survey among our business travel customers. We are happy to share the results* with you :
 
- 97,5% evaluates our overall service as “good” to “very good”  
- 97,3% would “probably” to “certainly” recommend us  
- 29,5% uses our services on a weekly basis
- 51,93% has been with us for more than 5 years 

It goes without saying that we’re delighted with these results. We thank our customers for their confidence, and continue delivering this standard of service in 2015.  Your way. Anyway.
