First and foremost, seeing the current circumstances, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and in good health.
At Uniglobe, our highest priority in the first days of the crisis was to get our fellow countrymen, who were abroad, back home safely. Both those who were on a business trip or on a private vacation. We received many positive, heartfelt reactions from you, thank you! Currently, all attention is shifted to those travelers who had travel plans in the near future.
Uniglobe, like most of our colleagues in the Travel Industry, had to take necessary Corona measurements. Many of our employees have gradually switched to temporary unemployment, depending on the workload remaining for cancellations, rebookings and repatriation of travelers. Agents are working from home.
We want to send out a big THANK YOU to all Uniglobe employees for their motivation and solidarity during this unexpected situation!
We can be reached
All our offices are closed for visitors, but can still be reached by email and telephone. We’re available for you in case of issues or questions. May we ask you to contact us by email where possible in order not to overload our telephone systems too much. Here you can find an overview of our 15 offices.
We make every effort to minimize the costs associated with cancellations or rebookings. Different airlines and partners have different rules, which are changing almost daily. We would also like to refer in this context to the guidelines of the various carriers and to the text of the Ministerial Decree on the use of vouchers in the event of cancellation in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.
Nobody knows how long this situation will remain. We monitor the situation closely, day by day. The most important messages can be found here.
These are exceptional times, but we wish to remain true to our values and count on the partnership that has been built up between us today.
It is certain that, once this virus has been conquered, we will really need each other to rise up and get the economic life back up and running.
Uniglobe, in turn, also wishes to support all employees in the critical sectors for the selfless perseverance in bringing this crisis to a successful end.
